Ordering & Customization
How does personalization work?
Our products are designed to celebrate unity across languages. Simply choose your preferred product options and enter the name you would like to appear in the design.
Your name will be displayed in multiple languages as part of the custom design.
What languages are included in the design?
Our designs currently include the following languages:
• English
• Greek
• Hebrew
• Chinese
• Arabic
• Hindi
Each name has been carefully verified to ensure accuracy across languages.
What if I don't see my name in the list?
No problem! You can select “OTHER” and enter your name manually. The design preview will update to reflect your custom entry.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Because our products are custom-made, changes may not be possible once production has begun.
If you need to make a correction, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
What if I accidentally spell my name wrong?
Please double-check spelling before placing your order.
We are unable to offer refunds for customization errors entered during the ordering process, but we will always try to help find a solution whenever possible.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does production take?
Since each item is personalized, orders typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 3–7 business days once your order has shipped.
You will receive a tracking number when your order leaves our facility.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us and we will see if we can accommodate your request.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a personalized item?
Because personalized products are made specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item.
We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Our apparel is made using premium Bella+Canvas shirts, known for their soft feel, durable construction, and comfortable unisex fit.
