This Return Policy applies to purchases made through KaJe World Goods, operated by KaJe Enterprises LLC.

We want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to make it right.


Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and unworn

  • in original condition

  • free of stains, odors, or damage

  • returned with original packaging when possible


Personalized & Custom Items

Many products offered by KaJe World Goods are customized or personalized based on the information provided by the customer.

Because these items are made specifically for you, personalized items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless:

  • the item arrives damaged

  • the item has a manufacturing defect

  • the wrong item was sent

If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us and we will gladly review the situation and work to resolve it.


Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details are correct before placing an order. This includes:

  • spelling of names

  • language selections

  • design color choices

  • product size selections

KaJe World Goods is not responsible for errors submitted by customers during the ordering process.

If you notice a mistake immediately after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes once production begins, we will do our best to assist.


Non-Custom Items

If a product purchased from our store is not personalized, it may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided it meets the return eligibility requirements listed above.

For eligible returns:

  • Return shipping is free

  • No restocking fee applies


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the item

  • photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your financial institution.


Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of many products, we are generally unable to offer exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
