This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through KaJe World Goods, operated by KaJe Enterprises LLC.
Because many of our products are customized and made to order, please review the following information regarding production and shipping timelines.
Order Processing & Production
Many of our items are personalized with custom names or designs. Because of this, each order requires a short production period before shipping.
Production typically takes:
2–5 business days
During high-volume periods (such as holidays), production times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been completed, it will be prepared for shipment.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Currently, KaJe World Goods ships within the United States.
If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in placing an order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

KaJe World Goods is not responsible for shipping delays once packages have been handed over to the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
KaJe World Goods is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please check with:

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
